I did T25 a while ago, and gotta say, I was not impressed by it. I liked insanity a ton more. It seemed like it was to much "dancing" type moves, and not enough plyo or HIIT workout. Just wasn't for me. I didn't feel like I got as good of results out of it as the other workouts.
I've heard other people say the same thing. I guess it just depends on what you are looking to get out of the workout. T25 is geared towards people that don't have a ton of time to dedicate to workout, but it gives them something hard/fast, in a short amount of time. You WON'T get the same results of a p90x or Insanity, but you will definitely get better results than just running on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day.
