I was looking for a new workout, got tired of all of the ones that I have been doing for the last few years.  I also got quite lazy, and haven't been doing much, since my kids were born.

I decided to try T25, and see how it went.  The last Shaun T workout I did was Hip Hop Abs, and that was ok.  I'm through the "Alpha" phase of the workout, and I love it so far.  The variation is great, as well as the constant motion throughout the series.  The workouts do tend to get stale, but you are through them pretty quick and onto the next ones.  

So far i'm down about 15lbs, hopefully more to come!
